3 weeks and no spares for a Sony Xperia Z

I took my Sony Xperia Z to get the screen replaced on the 21st of October, after i received the quote i rejected it as the prices are ridiculous but as i went into the store to get my device, i booked it in again and accepted the new quote of R3300 as i just wanted the phone fixed... 2 weeks later (present day) the phone is now no where to be found as the system says it is has been sent back to the repair centre but it is not there and a new quote of R4200 has been given to me! As i go to MTN yesterday, the device has still not been repaired as MTN, SSS and Sony have not had spares to fix the phone since the beginning of October!!!

I can though say that Kushal Singh has been awesome and very helpful but it is time that i take it up with someone higher up in the food chain.

This is absolutely pathetic that SONY and MTN can offer a phone to the public and not have the adequate parts to repair these devices!!

This has ruined the Sony and MTN experience for me completely!
