James Bond phone does not work and no recourse

The team at Cellucity did a very good job of selling this phone to me when I said I wanted an Android smartphone. They were promoting the device via Sony promoters as well - I then had to wait a week for them to get it into stock within the first day I noticed that the phone was dropping the WiFi in my home. I took it to work and found the same issue - I then went to Cellucity and enquired if the problem would be fixed by doing a firmware upgrade the response was "I am not technical" - they also were not willing or interested in contacting Sony regarding that matter. So in day 4 I sent the phone to Sony Jhb - apparently they claim there is nothing wrong with the device - irrespective of the fact that a Cellucity STAFF MEMBER apparently has the same problem. Surely considdering the cost of these devices and the fact that Samsung has a more sophisticated Android device and it does not have these problems indicates that in fact this is a problem. This is Sony's "Jamed Bond" phone - I suspect it worked in the movie due to the efforts of CGI wizards... I would suggest that anybody contemplating this phone or this provider reconsider as both lack ability and are bound to disappoint.
