I took my contract Blackberry 9620 to the Southgate Branch on 16.08.2013. I called your head office on 12.09.213 and was told that my phone was delivered to the Southgate branch. I went to the branch the same day and was told that the phone was still with the couriers, and I should return to collect it the next day (Friday). I did not have a chance to do that, and went on Saturday instead. When I returned on Saturday, my phone couldn't be found.

As ridiculous as it sounds, nobody in the store could figure out what had happened to the phone. There was proof of delivery from head office, one lady remembers the phone being delivered, but it had suddenly disappeared.

I was promised a follow up and a phone call, but unsurprisingly, nothing has happened. So for the second time I left without my phone. In addition, nobody, including the manager, seemed too concerned about what had happened.

I had planned to do an upgrade when I collected the phone, but this obviously won't happen now.
