I contacted with Cell C through Hallopeter with regards to poor services twice now, and it appears that it is necessary again.
When I went to the Cell C store in Clearwater, as per my previous complaint, I was told that I had no insurance on my broken phone, which I did. Cell C contacted me the next morning and the matter appeared to be resolved. When I hereafter went to Cell C in clearwater, there was said to me that the repairs will take 3 - 4 weeks, but they do not have a loan phone for me. The employee then indicated that I will be contacted as soon as they receive a loan phone from one of the other customers. He did not ask for my name or even my telephone number, and I had to write it down for him, which indicates that there is a lack of knowledge on how to handle queries. How can you let someone know there is a loan phone available without taking their number.
It has been almost two weeks, and I have not been contacted to bring in my phone. It appears to me that a cellphone provider has no cellphones, or that the branch is spiteful by not providing me with the service, which is part of my insurance package.
I dont think Clearwater Cell C has any proper service
