Pathetic Service at Cell C

Good Day, I would like to express my dissatisfaction at the poor service that I have received from Cell C, In August 2012 I had taken a contract with Cell C at the Clearwater Branch and received a Black Berry Handset that has given me nothing but issues. So after almost losing my job as a result of the phone I had taken it back to Clearwater on the 7th of Feb for repairs, I was contacted 2 weeks later to advise that my phone was back from repairs, on the 21st of Feb I went in to collect my phone and it was not fixed, please bear in mind that I used the blackberry for work purposes, upon bringing it to Shaun's attention I was promised that I would get a call back within 24 hours as he would escalate the case for me. On the afternoon of the 22nd I had heard nothing from Cell C Clearwater so I once again had to call, Shaun advised he had received no feedback and would send me an email with the contact details of the person at the repair centre that I can speak to, to my disappointment I had still not received any information so this morning I called again and was told that I will be contacted within an hour with information but was not surprised when this did not happen. Shocking
