Today marks the 5th report on hello peter and a few phone calls to cell c with no joy, i am at wits end with cell c and it seems that they are just tagging me along to milk me dry, i contacted cell c regarding my blackberry cellphone that is currently at the waterfront store which wasnt repaired, i was told that the value of the repairs exceeds the value of the phone, but i am still expected to pay for this phone, i was issued a loan phone and was called on saturday i was shocked to death to hear that my account will be debited with R400.00 for this loan phone thats not even worth R 50.00 in the shops, further more ive been send from post to pillar and everyone promising me that this Sisa will handle it, when i called the call centre i was told he only works from monday to friday and that the agent couldnt help me but her supervisor would call me back which also never materialised, she would sms me a reference number for my call that also never happened, all i wanted was help and she couldnt even do that, i cannot afford to continue with this long dreadfull war with cell c and all i want now is to have this contract cancelled, im not interested in their skills and anymore
