The problem started when I took my Blackberry 9360 to the Cell c store at Mall of The North in Polokwane. I spoke to the person at the Cell c store and he suggested that a software update is needed, he told me to come back later and then my problem would be solved! I got back the guy who helped me told me in a very arrogant manner that the phone should be sended in for repairs and that there was nothing that he can do. The phone was now totally messed up, the guy from cell c BROKE it! It was now showing Error 513 reload software, and even up to now he is still denying having anything to do with that I told him "ok it is fine but i will be needing a "loan phone" he told me that they are not borrowing phones anymore I should try the Savannah mall. I went there and they borrowed me a Samsung SGH-M140 because this is all they had. I now have the phone for a week and the charger broke, I took it back and they supplied me with a new charger, I wanted to switch the phone but the poeple at savannah mall refused! I am very disapointed to pay R 200 for this junk! I want a proper LOAN phone! That can Load At leeast Whatsapp and MXIT, I regret choosing Cell C as my service provider!
