I took out a contract with Vodacom in April, a blackberry 9320 was delivered. I used the phone for about a month thereafter the phone went completely blank. The phone was taken to Vodacom in Gateway it took a further month to get sorted out i was told that there was a hardware fault I then received a refurbished phone with the keypad not working and a software problem. The phone was taken back to Vodacom Gateway. Its now the 20th of August and i still don't have a phone. I have been billed as normal even though i only had the phone for a month. I don't think its fair for me to receive a refurbished phone considering the phone was only a month old nor is it fair for me to pay for something i don't have.

The service and communication or lack of communication by Vodacom is very disappointing and honestly i can not see myself taking out a contract with them again.
