Wow, what a terrible service Telkom offers.
I called 2 weeks ago regarding the Telkom simple offer for residential.
Now, I am trying to get hold of someone or anyone to follow up on the status of the deal and all I get when I call the call centre is 'Thank you for holding, all our consultants are currently busy' everyday for 3 days the whole day.
I am convinced that Telkom is not serious about doing business at all.
I have also requested to be called 4 times by leaving a message on the website and sending an email and no one bothered to call me back.
IIF YOU DONT WANT ANY BUSINESS THEN JUST SAY SO AND STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!
