I spent an hour and a half on the phone to the call centre with a query! They provided me with information that is incorrect! Finally managed to speak to Lumka who kept me holding for ages only to eventually say that they were off line! Lumka committed herself to contacting me before 10.40am in order to assist me! She has not honored her commitment! Shame on Vodacom and the service they offer! Shocking! Every time I need to communicate with Vodacom it ends up being a disaster! After 16 years of custom I'm so ready to make the move to another servive provider! I cant wait for my numerous contracts to be up!
