Getting it wrong twice!!!

On Thursday I bought my very 1st Apple product an Apple Ipad Air. The package was delivered and we were all very excited about it, until I opened it. In the box they gave me a normal sim (bad show Vodacom), so I stay calm phone the call centre and request the right sim, the call centre agent want to give me a micro sim, BUT the IPad uses a Nano sim (go figure, still clueless). Yesterday I receive my new package, VERY excited again, open the package and guess what? They send me a normal sim. No they want me to drive 100km back and forth to a VodaShop to buy a Sim which they will reimburse (oops no sorry credit) me at their leisure? What the, who pays for the petrol, my time and when pray tell will THEY reimburse me? Or alternativly I can wait another 4 or 5 days for the new sim, which by thew way I have to drive after the driver again because I stay in a rural area and they cant follow simple instructions? This after I drove to Standerton 50km away to collect the thing in the first place. Vodacom will take my money for activating the sim but up to this point I haven't even been able to use it because I need a NANO SIM not a NORMAL ONE!!! Poor Show Vodacom POOR SHOW!!!
