No delivery and not being corrected

After trying to upgrade my package to a 2G mini ipad package in store and waiting 2 hours before the attended told me that they cannot do the upgrade because the Vodacom code is loaded wrong and no one knows how to sort it out (this dealing being advertised currently in their booklet). The attended asked me cancel my contract over the phone and then come open a new contract... bizarre but I did it. On the phone to cancel the contract the new phone attended said that she has the code and she can do the upgrade for me over the phone with delivery the next day. As this is a Christmas present I was super exited and the deal was done over the phone. The following day Ram delivered a box and upon opening the box there was only a nano sim card in the box with no ipad mini! I immediately called vodacom, this was Thursday 19 Des 2013. They assured me that someone will sort it out for me within 24 hours... It is now Monday 23 December 2013 and up to date no one has made contact with me. This morning when I called to find out what is happening I was told the request is pending... I was told there is no one I can talk to and I just need to wait for them to get back to me!
