I've ordered a new iPad mini online from Vodacom. My package was delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday when I opened the box I discovered that the iPad was faulty. On Thursday I took it to Vodacom Repair shop Highveld Mall where I was informed that they cannot help me seeing that I did my purchase online. Further to that they gave me a warranty repair process form. I've then contacted 0821945 where the lady told me to phone back in 48 hrs time which they will then decide to replace or not.

I did not ordered a repaired product, but a NEW one. I demand from Vodacom to deliver a new iPad to my address ASAP. I am waiting for an answer.
