Last Monday 28/01/2013 to say mu upgrade was successfull - called them today to follow up on my handset only to find out that the order was NEVER EVER PLACED!!! what the heck! you guys have been hounding em to upgrade my contract! that is really bad service hey! nvm you hold on for the call centre for half an hour only to be cut off as well and if my one handset needs to be uograded the other one needs to as well!!!
