VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED

Took out contract 7 mnths ago, since the 3rd mnth, i have been experiencing problems with my BB 9790, cell phone freezes irregularly, while chatting on BBM it heats up like its about to explode in your face, On 5 Feb. 13 i was requested to to upgrade BBM and was unable to do so, went to Cell C N1 City on 6 Feb.13 to complain about the problems with the handset, i was advised by Anthea that the cell phone was going to be booked in for repairs and would take up to 21 working days for it to be repaired, On Monday 25 Feb. 2013 i made enquiries about the handset and by when i would be getting the handset and Anthea told me towards the end of the week and an admin lady would call me in the week to confirm that the handset is ready for collection, Today is Friday which is the end of the week and i have still not had my cell phone back. I went to Cell C store today to do a follow up and a lady at the N1 City branch, (did not get her name) very sarcastically when i asked her, when i would be getting the handset said it takes up to three weeks (21 workng days) and i would have to wait till the first week of March, unacceptable as this is going in for the 4th week now. Cancelling contract.
