Account needs explaining

I upgrade my account from 2Gig to 3 Gig including a faster modem. My bill for 1/2/2013 is R199 but R320.96 was deducted from my account. Please explain. I know somewhere I was charged R80 just for renewing my contract which I feel is a rip off. I should of cancelled my subscription after the original 2 year and taken out a new contract to save R80.
