Im so off at cellc i done an upgrade in april 2013 if i knew thsi was going to happen i would never have done the upgrade. Two weeks after i done the upgrade which i took the sony xperia go the handset started heating up i took the handset to the Promenade branch where the person that was assisting me told me there's nothing wrong with the phone the phone just needed to be charged even after i told him but the phone was fully charged it heated up all the time and then it just switches off anyway he still booked the phone in. Handset came back and i was advised it was a swap out but i was not convinced because the same scratched that was on my original phone was on that phone aswell and i then thought ok maybe im mistaken but the phone yet again gave a problem where it does not charge i have confirmed that i then took it to the Cellc Branch in Grand Parade Cape Town on the 10/09/2013 got a call from Shimone on the 11/09/2013 to advise me she cant book in the handset because it states that Cellc is not the service provider so i ask myself this question where did they get the Imei number from that was given to the apparent swap out handset because the Imei no is the problem
