I logged a call last WEDNESDAY requesting that a client's website be moved to Linux and that we be given client zone / console access (I have their FTP logins).
Today, after spending HOURS on the phone and being made to hold for up to 45 minutes, I am now for the FIRST time told that I have to complete a form for this request.
IS this a government department???
The service from Mweb is lethargic. Staff are pulling a salary and don't care about customers. You have unnecessary bureaucracy your more nimble competitors (Afrihost and Web Africa) that we use all the time, don't have.
I am strongly suggesting to this client that they migrate to Afrihost because at this rate, it will be quicker to migrate than to wait for any help from Mweb.
