I have been an MTN customer for many years but of late their service, product knowledge and attitude towards their clients leaves much to be desired.
When I signed my last contract I made an arrangement to receive electronic statements.
Since August last year I am not getting them and then I have to send a reminder to them, what I get in return is a form to complete with personal detail, a very standard response and I do and get this every month afer I request a statement.
Enough is enough, they need to fix the problem, I do not want to send my personal details every month due to ever increasing Identity. So now I am witholding my payment and they have cut my phone but I am not going to give in, they will have to come to the party. Lord knows we pay such a high premium to these fatcat cellphone companies in South Africa and they don't even care about their clients.
