Cant load airtime

I bought 2 x R5 vouchers, left it in my shirt pocket, went to work, forgot I had it in my pocket, when I wanted to load airtime vouchers was wet, I wear a bulletproof vest during my working hours, due to the work I perform, around 16h00 I phoned customer care and was told that I can't be helped because I must produce 6 numbers for each recharge pin, I explained that it got wet and can't see anything except on the front I can see the serial nr and the reff nr, still I can't be helped
