I would just like to compliment Tremaine on his outstanding service offered to me yesterday. I would hope that Telkom employ more of this calibre people who listen to your complain and willingness to assist.
A problem that i tried to resolve the entire day yesterday, took Tremaine 5 minutes to resolve.
