NEOTEL PREPAID VOUCHERS

It has been 48 hours since I have bought a prepaid voucher for my Neotel phone and am not able to load airtime. Customer Care keeps saying the system is down. I cannot make calls and find this situation unacceptable as it has affected my business.
1000's of subscribers cannot load and not even an update sms or a front page website outage report!
