STILL WAITING FOR PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED!!!

I ONLY HEAR THAT CELL C IS BUSY WITH A NETWORK COVERAGE INVESTIGATION, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT'S GOING TO TAKE, SEEING THAT NOBODY LET'S ME KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON... I WOULD THINK THAT SOMEONE HAS TO COME OUT TO SUNDRA, TO REALLY BE ABLE TO CHECK THE COVERAGE HERE, TO REALLY SEE WHAT'S GOING ON???
ALL I KNOW IS THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED BY SOMETHING, LIKE WITH THE COVERAGE, OR, THE LACK OF COVERAGE!!! HOW LONG MUST I STILL WAIT BEFORE I EVEN JUST HEAR WHAT'S GOING ON, WHAT'S BEING DONE FURTHER ABOUT THIS MATTER???

I'VE GOT ANOTHER ISSUE NOW AS WELL, I BOUGHT AIRTIME AT PNP, BUT CAN'T RELOAD THE AIRTIME. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON, ON WHICH CELL C TOLD ME THAT 2 OF THE VOUCHERS HAS BEEN USED. WHEN MANAGER OF PNP CALLED CELL C, THEY SAY IT'S STILL AVAILABLE. I SPOKE TO WADE MONDAY NIGHT, SAID RESET RELOAD CODE OR SOMETHING, THAT I CAN RECHARGE MY AIRTIME, BUT STILL UNABLE TO RECHARGE!!! WHEN I DIAL 141 AND FOLLOW PROPMTS, SAYS PIN I'VE ENTERED CAN'T BE USED, FOR BOTH!!!
IT'S GOING TO EXPIRE, SO ADVISE ASAP PLEASE!!!
