Over the past month Neotel's prepaid service has been working on and off. Sometimes for 3 straight days you can not load airtime. Everytime we try to load airtime, it would not go through but the voucher becomes invalid. We have lost R400 thus far. When you call them, they tell you that their server is down and there is no network. They will tell you that they are escalating the matter each and every time you call and they will give you new reference, I don't know how many reference numbers I have already now. It is really inconveniencing and costing us, we are even considering changing to another service provider.
