Extreme bad service

Account was suspended 06/01/2014 the account was settle and full proof of payment email after speaking to call centre agent 12/01/2014 i phoned call centre agent Fabian confirm account was cancelled and logged a case (15min call)
14/01/2014 call centre agent Connie after being 10 min holding for an agent reported
account with billing.19/01/2014 I phoned to follow up something Telkom mobile never do, the agent confirm my account in arears with R9.45 nobody at Telkom mobile informed me, I made the payment and from 21/01/2014 phoned everyday speaking to Team Leaders Managers of who none could resolve my query. Today 23/01/2014 phoned call centre again after approx 20 calls from 06/01/2014 was told my case was placed in the wrong queue on the on 12 January 2014 and nobody have action the account, Telkom mobile operators/team leaders/Managers confirm the escalation procedure but nobody bothered to call as I was using my MTN contract to phone, shocking service Telkom mobile number one
