MTN can not allocate my Payment

On the 11 January 2013 I paid R1, 500 directly to MTN, they then said I owe another R1, 000
I then paid another R1, 500 from FNB bank Account to them.
They have now suspended my Phone several times after which I have to call to reconnect the line
I have now Faxed, E-mailed the proof of payment to 10 people every time the response from them is they did not receive it and then gives me a different Fax nr or E-mail. This has been going on since 11 Jan 2012
I phoned again this morning after having my line suspended with the same response "they never recieved proof of payment please send to this E-mail" I do not know what else to do other than to drive to there office because even though I receive read receipts from them and fax conformations they say they received nothing.
I am really frustrated. Dont know what else to do.
I have been a Loyal customer to them for 6 years now, i will definitly be using another Cell service provide
