I have called MTN every week since December to have my contract cancelled, I was told call on the day my contract ends, & it would be changed to Prepaid, if I call a day later, then my contract would run for another month, & low & behold I call today, I was then told that I need to speak to retention's to cancel a contract, after waiting 4 times for each 30 min at a time the phone goes dead, & i start the process again.
now an email has been sent to retentions but they can not tell me when they will call me back.
what do I do to have this cancelled., I will not pay another month extra.
