About a month ago I called into the call centre to cancel my contract they advised me i should go into an 8ta store to cancel the contract. I then went into N1 city 8ta to cancel, one of the people told me how to by paying it up and paying extra early termination fees! which i DID! They said i would receive my confirmation via email a week later, after a week i called in to see how far till contract was cancelled, they then said it takes a month, amonth later i am still waiting, when i called into the call centre they said they busy with it, another few days later i called in again and spoke to simon, he then said nothing has been done, i must go online and and get a cancellation form and email to 8ta to cancel and it will take 21 days, i then asked for a manager, simon said manager was busy she will call me back, 1 hour later no call received, i called back again and coincidentally got simon again, and asked again for the manager! He this time said there is nothing she can do, i must use the form! i am leaving SA soon i want my contract cancelled! THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE!! My account is being debited and i have paid extra fees to have it cancelled! RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!
