I took a My 2gig internet contract on the 17 of December 2013 and activated it on the 22nd of December 2013. I cancelled the contract on the 23 rd of December. I called the call centre and a cancellation claim was logged. I was told that someone would call me back to confirm my cancellation. 3 weeks later and after calling them 4 times my contract is still not cancelled. The last time I called and I spoke to Siphokazi who was very helpfuland told me that a call had been logged to cancel the contract but it has not been attended to. I just want this contract to be cancelled so that it no longer appears on my credit record.
