I have called Vodacom call centre 4 times in the last 3 months requesting for my call limit to be set at R100 thus not allowing my bill to exceed the amount of - R320... however- each and every time I call the agent advises me that the limit has been set.
This is the 3rd month in a row that my bill is now almost R600!!! if your calls are recorded why can you not trace the other 3 times that I've called to have this limit set- having a bill of almost R600 from Vodacom is definitely not on my budget- your call centre agent then says my call limit was only set as of the 03/01- which is absolute!!! what happened to other 3 times I've called??
I feel robbed and cheated by Vodacom after being a valued client for many many years!!
I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone and I hope this opens the eyes of potential clients- you WILL undoubtedly be cheated in some way or the other!! I feel like changing all my details just so Vodacom cannot rob me anymore!!
I am extremely disappointed, irritated, cheated, disappointed, disgusted, annoyed, angry with and by Vodacom and I will never ever have anything to do with them once this contract which I will no longer be using ends!
