I reported my telkom line 011954 2678 on the 7th of January. I was told that the turn around time is 72 hours but up to now no one has come to repair our line. I have made several follow-ups and got told that some people wait for 6 weeks. Ever since I have installed this line it has never worked for a full month without needing repairs.
