Pathetic Customer Feedback

I have been trying to upgrade my contract with Vodacom. After dealing with a pleasant lady over the phone she recommended I go in store to review my portfolio since I use my phone for business and would like to switch to the Red Advantage contract.

Monday 13th - Went in, met with a rep whose whole attitude radiated defeat and lack of life, he started the process, and will give me feedback Tue 9:00AM

Tue10:00 I phone asking feedback, nothing yet, note on my file says they are still busy, he'll phone me in 20min. He never does

Wed 15th I phone again, chap is on leave, new guy helps, no update yet, will phone me back. Never does

Thu 16th I phone again, chap is still on leave, no new update, apparently no note on my file either, looks like process was never initiated. Will phone me back, never does

Fri 17th No new updated, will phone me, never does

Mon 20th STILL no new update, I ask them to keep me updated, he will, never does.

Tue 21st AGAIN STILL no update. Manager has apparently been notified, but he is in a meeting so I cant talk to him

I have been phoning almost EVERYDAY, with no feedback from your side. My phone bill is 1K pm, I'm considering switching to MTN. Pathetic
