My telephone was not working for almost a week, between the 30th of December and 3rd of January, nobody had attended to it until i went to one of their lousy exchanges and got a technician to repair it. it worked for almost two weeks, till the 15th, since then is down again. there is nobody answering the phone at the call center to find out what's happening, nobody resolving the problem. also, nobody answering the call in accounts in order to ask for my monthly subscription to be credited, since i'm unable to use the service.
