Judgment has been take against my husband by mbd attorneys for Virgin active gymm fees, my husband has made payments to date amount of plus minun 4300 as per garneshee court order submitted to the hr department, however when we requested a repaid letter from your office to rescind the judgment taken we were advised that the is still an outstanding balance of legal cost incurred, in the interim in March 2013 the was no payment deducted from his salary as the debt has been repaid, I fail to understand as to why legal costs were not included initially when the court order was submitted to his HR Department . this month a payment of R500 was deducted from his salary at MAN Bus and Couches, he was advised that they have recieved a letter from mbd for legal cost of R1700, not an order from court however a letter, mbd is now overcharging as legal cost are included on garneshee orders
