Vodacom to date - Years later have still not resolved any thing - My Business Number allocated to someone else, and the data I lost - JUST TOO BAD
SMALL CLAIMS COURT - Take CEO to small claims court FREE, do application at any court in the area you are using your phone. YOU will get a response: VODACOM will threaten YOU, but they have NO right too, as that will be construed as Harassment and Intimidation which is Illegal and their is a New law protecting the public against the BIG BULLY's like VODACOM. They will have to settle out of court as the CEO according to law must appear in his personal capacity and he will not come to your local court. YOU are guaranteed to get back your money and costs hanging on for them to answer their phones etc. Small Claims Court is only up to R12 000-00 Maximum. The CEO may not send lawyers to defend him, he has to appear himself.
