My second complaint to hello peter round the same incident (laptop not switching on)
my laptop went in for repairs, after numerous problems i wrote to hello peter and me and the manager worked something out, which was satisfactory.
after my laptop returned which IC delivered to me the laptop starting making strange noises.
if you burn cds it sounds like the drive is going to fall apart.
the charging unit was faulty and could not charge while operating pc.
now the unit is completly broken again, and unable to switch on.
i spoke to the branch manager at how unsatisfied i was with the repairs. she asked me to bring the unit in again. i have asked for it to be collected considering my time is being wasted now. she refused and now with my warranty nearing an end im left with nothing but a sour taste of IC.
my business needs a laptop urgently. im forced to buy a new one. this one is not even 1years old yet
The lenovo special at IC is utter The after sales services is terrible and they also have no idea how to put a unit back together again in one piece.
my business will not buy any hardware from IC. what a waste of R 2999.99 plus petrol driving up and down 4times.
