Call centre agent tells me they don't have any qualified staff to assist me... thats after the data specialist pulled a "greeny" back right in front of me, scratching his in low hanging pants (yellow boxers showing)... trying to setup a MF253 modem. This same guy took an hour to do a 10minute setup... after I had to help him setup the network between the modem and a PC. THIS IS THE GUY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM... NOT MAKE IT WORSE BY WAISTING MY TIME. On top of this all... the next guy at the call center could hardly speak any english. You should be ashamed... treating paying clients like this...
