Network Connection Issues

I have been experiencing connection issues since the 13th of January 2013. I connect using the wifi Router, the light on the modem just keeps flashing every seconds, which means its searching for service. I am unable to connect at all times which is very frustrating and annoying. :( :( :(

I have tried unplugging the my modem and rebooting my laptop. I have also tried setting my wifi router up again. Nothing makes a difference. Before the 13th I have never experienced any issues with connections with this hardware setup. I have also tried plugging the modem directly into my laptop, this also does not solve the issue. Please fix this issue as we cannot carry ON like this, we are losing business because of 8ta!!!
