Cannot assist on product

I have the trial version of Microsoft Office 365 installed (small business premium), I bought the 1 year subscription from a retailer. I need to now change my subscription from Trial enter the product key on the same profile I registered. I have been in contact with Ahmed Roshdy which was assigned to the query. It has been 3 weeks and my trial version is about to expire. This person cannot inform me at all on how to change it. The last reply I received is: How to Run Office 365 desktop setup: 1.Sign in to Office 365 with your user ID. 2.In the upper-right corner, click Settings > Office 365 Settings > Software > Desktop setup, or go to Software > Desktop setup. 3.On the Desktop setup page, click Set up. 4.When you're asked if you want to run the application, click Run, and then follow the instructions. a. During setup, you'll sign in again with your user ID. Office 365 desktop setup checks your system configuration, and you'll see options for configuring your desktop applications. You can also learn more about the updates that the desktop setup installs. b. After you select your desktop applications, click Continue to finish up

This is not what I asked. Please help
