Very bad service

Last month i upgraded my phone to a Nokia Lumia 520.I was made to pay R150 and i was told it for the paper work and for setup. I was told set up is free when you bring a slip. This weekend i then went on to the same vodacom shop on West street cnr Dorothy Nyembe. They told me to go next door to their repair shop and have it setup. Next door they told me to pay R100. I returned today to ask why should i pay while wen i upgraded i was told that its inclunsive of setup costs. The gentleman by the name Selvin i think told me that this is a free service i mustnot complain about the service i get from him. I paid R150 hence this is not a free service. Vodacom has to bear in mind that the contract i have is not indefinite. It will end soon and i will move to other service providers who value their clients. As we speak my phone is still not set up as they were busy assisting customers who were paying than those who came for a free service. I ended up leaving because my lunch was up.
One day the importance of clients will be recognised by big brands like vodacom.
