Poor service in the highest degree

Right so I applied for a contract via MTN Direct and requested a number port, I was told by the sales person he would contact me the following day if I was approved to finalize the contract. The following day I get an SMS to say the couriers will contact me for a delivery time. I was never called back and my number port request was never through. I called on Tuesday to find out what was going on, spoke to 5 different people on 5 different occasions, not one could help me. I finally got through to somebody who could help, she told me she would email her supervisor and the sales consultant who helped me and ask one of them to call me back. Come Wednesday I still received no call and my number port request was still not put through. I had to call back myself, to query, again I was told somebody would call me back. I said no I want to speak to somebody now. I was then put through to somebody who would actually gave me some advice regarding the number port. Now I want to find out if the phone has been delivered to the courier yet, the guy told me it is still at the warehouse and that I should call back tomorrow for an update. I called back and now I am told they cannot check on it. FIX!
