Dear MTN
It has been over 2 months I have been waiting for you to resolve my (your) Network coverage problem. I have phoned your customer Service people (173) to a point of not wanting to speak with any of them anymore because all they can tell me is there is nothing they can do, they will log-a-call. The first time I phoned in I was told to take out the battery of my blackberry, the next time I was told to change my settings (which I could not do from my phone) I had to get another mtn subscribers phone to make the call from, until the consultants lastly suggested I speak to the Techincal guys because we did all that was possibly done to "resuscitate" my phone to a normal working blackberry state.
To my excitement I took down the number (083 900 1212) hoping my problem will be resolved. I phoned the (083) number immediately after I spoke to the consultant, and I got through to an automated voice telling me that office hours are 8-5 and the Technical department does not operate week-ends as I have phoned on a Friday evening.
Monday was a long wait but I waited telling myself that my problem will be resolved and I will be able to use my phone again in the comfort of my own
