Due to being unemployed my account was handed to the legal department. After finally getting a job again, I started paying companies that I can get hold off on the telephone first (unlike Nashua Mobile). I recently settled 90% of my debts and I am still struggling to get hold of anyone in the Nashua Mobile legal department.
I even sent through an email from the contact form and no one ever got back to me.
All I need is:
- Banking Details & a reference number
- Current due amount on account
- Email address to send the proof of payment
Email those three things and I will not bother you ever again!
