Poor service at Menlyn Branch

On Friday I went to the Menlyn Cell C branch to apply for a new contract as my old one expired at Vodacom. All the paper work was done and the port was requested on which the consultant told me that he would follow up on the port every half an hour to see if it went through. On my way home I got the sms to inform me that it was declined. I phoned the consultant at Cell C and informed him the port failed and according to Autopage it was because of my ID or account nr being incorrect and I gave him the account nr again. The port was then declined another 3 times Friday on which I had to call every time. The consultant told me that he will do the port FIRST THING Saturday morning and call me as soon as it was done. Needless to say I ended up calling him to ask what the progress is! I ended up going into the store to sort this out but the porting department did not work on Saturday so it has to be done today. Same story he would call me back FIRST THING this morning but I ended up calling him on which he informed me he is not working today.

The service is poor and unacceptable and never in my life have I seen the client doing the work and calling to find out what was wrong.
