Outsourced for Repairs of faulty Blackberry 9300!

Utterly Disgusted: I was send on a wild goose chase by Masesi from customer care to Alberton Mall actually Alberton City where the very friendly manager Gary Finch, said he knew nothing about the loan unit. Despite this I still handed in my phone for repairs. What thumb sucking is this? I would say that my BIS service / Internet service fee should be refunded for the month. If my account is not paid my service is suspended and I'm ITC listed. What is this?

Today I make a call as to status of my phone I was told by the store the phone has been outsourced for repairs. What a joke? Cell-C is so big and their technicians either don't have the ability to fix it or maybe Cell- C is playing for time. This is and was the last contract I will enter with Cell-C. I also want my service fee for the period of inactivity of BIS to be credited to my account. If anyone in Cell-C knows what is happening / where it is please do the effort and let me know as to the staff in the store dont know what to tell me.
