Last year in June I upgraded my account to blackberry, the 9380 model. In February this year the phone gave me problems. I took it to Cell C in Alberton, they told me they couldn't fix and therefore referred me to The Glen. At the Glen they told me I must leave it there, three days later they called me to collect. When I checked the phone whilst still at the store noticed the phone is still not fixed. that's when they booked it in for repairs. They (Alberton) were so rude they didn't even give me a loan phone. 31/2 weeks later I was told to come and collect. they had replaced the phone with a new one but same model. their reasons were they couldn't fix the problem. Hardly a month with the new phone it froze. I went back to Alberton they told me its software problems. I was instructed to go home and update via internet, I did that but no luck. I went back and they told me to go back to The Glen. At the Glen they told me I must pay R150 to have the phone fixed immediatetly or book it in. I refused to pay as im hardly a year with this phone and I have insurance. they then booked the phone in. it was the 29 of April 2013. Till this day I have no phone or feedback from Cell C.
