Admission of Over Billing for Service

Signed up for a telkom pre-paid internet package at boulders store. lady marked me for e-mail communication. total cost of contract states R69 pm including VAT. I have been debited R86 pm since inception. i received no communications. I went to the store and was told to take it up with the call centre. The call centre says that the store has signed me up for itemised billing. this is without my permission. Thando said she has removed it on 09-09-13; 09.12am. The next month the same occurred. Miketsi said he removed it on 2013/10/01. I am billed every month for this. I went to the store to complain and they again wasted my time saying speak to the call centre. The call centre tells me go to the store and call from there to make sure it is resolved since the Telkom store at Boulders have no telephones. Want to be refunded my money before I cancel this deal!
