I took out a Cell C contract in June 2013, after which I found that the signal at my house was non existent or extremely poor. This is not only bad for my business but also very dangerous should I need to make an emergency phone call. i cannot make a phone call nor use the internet at home...
I have complained about this very same problem on Hello Peter approx. 5-6 months ago after which I received an email stating that technicians would boost the signal in my area & that new towers and other equipment were being installed to eliminate this problem.
I am now 7 months into my contract and still cannot make a decent phone call from my house.
Please Cell C - tell me how can I resolve this issue?!?!?! Is it a matter of you properly dealing with this matter or should I consider cancelling my contract because this situation is ridiculous!?!
