My husband got an early cancellation quote from vodacom, on no 076 94101 59- it was e-mailed, we've paid it.
when we received his statement, the amount reflects on his account. i asked via online chats to check if the no is deleted/closed. then the above consultant (who thought he was very helpful) said he'll check and send an e-mail saying they never received the quote. i've checked i got two read receipts! now all of a sudden it was the incorrect email that it was sent to?? (one on the form).
then the next thing the above sent another quote to sign and pay in??? can't they see it was paid and i've sent the first quote through.
now this is service, i tell you, got the cheek to tell me this is all noted, just to save his own!
sorry, go for more training - so tired of dealing with these consultants at the call centres, they think they know what they're doing. all of them tell you a different story
