Last year I reported this matter to Cell C twice that I have little or no signal at work or at home.
I asked them to cancel my contract. I was told that before that happens they will have their Technicians check the area where we are not receiving signal.
Months have gone by, and the signal at certain times is non existent. I am loosing business as people cannot get through to me, and I to them. It is a waste of my time.
Cell C cannot provide a proper service and therefore I want my contract cancelled.
I am in Bedfordview area, so it's not like I'm in a remote place.
Do not call me to send out another technician. Cancel this contract
